Behind the Maximize Your Exit concept is Harvey Zemmel, a respected entrepreneur with a background in law and an MBA.

Harvey learned the ins and outs of the business investment world during seven years working for a major financial institution in London. There, he was heavily involved in financing for the retail, leisure and medical sectors and had his hand in several miscellaneous investments.

Throughout his career, Harvey has successfully sold several personal businesses for more than their market value, including an assisted living centre group which he founded, that was valued by Deloitte Touche, one of the world’s top four leading management consultants, at nearly $35 million. During his tenure at the helm of the assisted living centre group, the business achieved above average occupancy rates of 97.1% and above average profits of 31.2%. Harvey was awarded a Care Marketeer Award by the care industry in recognition of his achievements.

Harvey is passionate about destroying the myths associated with selling a business and with sharing his knowledge with serious minded business owners on how best to dramatically increase the value of their businesses and realize their optimum net worth by selling their businesses for the maximum price.
